CLD is activity looking for Direct Sales Associates (SA) to participate in our Direct Sales/SA marketing program to develop sales leads for CLD Products and Services. To become an authorized Sales Associate in the Direct Sales/SA program you or your company must be registered and approved by CLD. It must be noted that each (SA) is an independent contractor (non-employee) and your compensation is based only on commission, as per the CLD/SA Agreement. Basically, the larger the confirmed sales lead, the larger your commission from the successful sales of CLD products and services. As a SA, you will be responsible for the payment of your own taxes and business expenses. As an authorized CLD Direct Sales/SA you will be listed in our Sales Associate (SA) Directory and have a great opportunity to receive additional income for you or your business based on your successful sales leads that result in confirmed sales of CLD's Products and Services.

CLD is marketed in three (3) channels: Web-Based, Direct Sales/SA, and Independent Associate Program.

• Web-Based Program serves as a form of advertising providing product and service information and generates immediate sales through our merchant account.
• Direct Sales/SA Program focuses on sales of product and services through Individual Groups, Corporations, and Municipal Sales Agreements.
• Independent Associate (IA) Sales Program complements the Web-Based and Direct Sales/SA program by reaching customers that require personal salesmanship and assistance. As an (IA) you or your company will receive commission on all CLD products and services sold by you. Additionally, when requests are received from customers for assistance, CLD will provide a list of IA's that are available in the customer's region for independent on-site consultation, service and support.

To become a Direct Sales Associate (SA) and to be listed in our CLD/SA Directory, you must join the CLD Direct Sales/SA Program and agree to the Terms and Conditions of our Direct Sales Associate (SA) Agreement. Once you are a (SA) and you can enhance your earnings by upgrading you associate status as an Independent Associate (IA).
